From Imagining to Managing

Hello, I am a performer, writer, musician.

 

I  have made many performance, films, music writings that cross genres

and boundaries of language and culture.

 

But my world has changed...

I was younger once and although still stepping, I have stepped back. Some years ago I began to fall over. 

'Spinal Cerebellar Ataxia 17! Incurable!', the doctors told me after many tests. 

The diagnosis was scary but I heard some statistic about several million people in this country have a diagnosis, so now I don't think about it so much.

Everyone has got something. We're all different!

 .

So now I am semi-retired and move carefully but I am:

 

       -writing, my biography, about performance, music, disability,

        humour.

       -playing and writing music.

       -adapting my performance knowledge, movement, musicality      awareness, towards working with well being and disability.
